  We are frequent customers of this location, and I've come to expect a certain level of service. Typically, the service is good, but the past few orders have been delayed so much so that we were unable to eat in the time afforded us.
  
  In our line of work, we have a very small window with which we are allowed to eat, and a late order prevents us from eating for the entirety of our work day. We understand that these things happen, but our orders are placed enough in advance to accommodate such an oversight in the delivery process. (It's only two pizzas.)
  
  As I write this, my staff and I have been patiently waiting for thirty minutes past the expected delivery time. In thirty additional minutes, we will have no more time left to eat, so we are hoping it does arrive soon.
  
  We typically don't complain, but this has been part of a growing trend of unsatisfactory service.
  
  UPDATE: We cancelled our order. We placed it at 9:27 and had a 12:30 delivery scheduled. When we called at 1:30, they said the wings weren't ready yet. Again, we understand that things get backed up, but this has made sure that 10 people will not eat for a span of 9 hours.
