  A picture may be worth a thousand words, but here's a few words to paint a picture: imagine a field, flat and grassy, about half the size of a football field. No other features. Line it with a 6-foot chain link fence. Around that, a circular sidewalk. Around the inside perimeter of the fence, a few benches, and a kiddie pool with a functional garden hose. Add another hose along the sidewalk leading to the park, and that's it.
  
  Clean, well maintained. Quiet. No other people or pets here. The dog is bored and warm. No shade for her or me.
  
  Driving directions: take the street between the Goodwill and the Home Depot. Drive past two "No Outlet" signs. The park is on your left.
