  I came in looking for a simple cord to hook headphones to my moto which i bought at the location. I left with nothing but a head ache when trying to explain to a 3 man audience that ended up trying to sell me a car charger. After trying to tear into the box to see if the adapter was in there they stopped and told me to try Walmart or Best buy and shrugged me off. As my wife tells my 2 year old they need to use there listening ears.

  Good selection of phones/accessories so you're able to get a feel for what you want. The customer service is lacking though. You walk in, may get acknowledged, and then are shuffled to the back if you're not adding lines. If you're only upgrading or there to fix a phone they'll get to you eventually.
